Ballybay Wetlands
Ballybay Wetlands Centre is situated on the Dromore River system, approximately one kilometre from Ballybay town in Co Monaghan. This wetland is recognised as being a regionally important site for wintering migratory birdlife including Whooper swan and Siberian widgeon. .
The Centre specialises in environmental training. The Centre offers a wide range of schools field programmes and provides Coarse Fish Angling facilities and bird watching opportunities at the site.
